AVA Productions Ltd shall not be held liable for any delays, additional costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of events outside the client’s control, including adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Termination

The client may terminate any contract at any time by written notice, subject to settlement of account. When the client terminates, they remain liable to pay in full for all work previously undertaken unless another written agreement is reached in advance.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between AVA Productions Ltd and users will be resolved through litigation in the courts of England and Wales.
